Corbin Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Charges

The Corbin Police Department says officers pulled over a car after noticing the driver failed to signal a turn. During the stop police found suspected drug paraphernalia and drugs inside the car. The driver, 24-year-old Keyshawn Blevins, of Corbin, was arrested and charged with failure to or improper signal, instructional permit violations, failure to produce insurance card, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Blevins was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
