Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones is reporting a Somerset couple was arrested after a child abuse investigation. A detective received information that 34-year-old Alexander Pence and 24-year-old Tracy Pence hit a two-year-old in the face and head multiple times. Both were arrested and charged with first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or under. They were lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
