Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says a Somerset man is facing charges stemming from an incident where police found drugs inside his home. Following an investigation, detectives went to a home on Daring Lane where they found methamphetamine, digital scales, cash, hydrocodone pills, suboxone and marijuana. 58-year-old Paul Bell was arrested and charged with several counts of drug trafficking. Bell was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
