Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Zach Allen was called out to business off KY 490 where a man was reportedly trespassing. When deputies arrived on the scene, they determined 39-year-old Tony Wagers Jr., of Corbin was under the influence. Wagers was arrested and charged with public intoxication (controlled substances) and criminal trespassing. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
