Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Cyruss McVey was dispatched to Cole Road on an indecent exposure complaint. Allegedly, 49-year-old David Collins was naked in view of neighbors and children in the area. Deputy McVey said that Collins pulled his pants up when he approached him. Collins was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional center.
