Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting Deputy Tommy Houston was called out to US 25, about 6 miles north of London where, reportedly, an intoxicated woman was going door to door and stumbling along the roadway. Deputy Houston arrived to find 33-year-old Tiffany Taylor who had allegedly smoked meth earlier. She was arrested and charged with public intoxication and lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
