Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Brian France arrested Randy Collier age 60 of Taylor Bridge Rd., London on Tuesday afternoon January 7, 2025 at approximately 4:56 PM. The arrest occurred on W. Pine Hill Rd., approximately 6 miles southwest of London following a traffic stop conducted on a maroon Chevrolet pickup that was observed weaving on the roadway. During the traffic stop it was determined that this individual was wanted on a parole violation warrant. Upon arrest this individual was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine. Randy Collier was charged on a Kentucky parole violation warrant charging absconding parole supervision; failure to report to parole officer as directed regarding a conviction in Laurel Circuit Court on charges of possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense; bail jumping in the first-degree.
