UPDATE: The London Police Department reports a wanted man has been arrested. Officers took 24-year-old Thurman Brock, of Lily, into custody. Brock was wanted for promoting a minor in a sex performance and first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
