Kentucky State Police say troopers arrested a Whitley County man after he allegedly posted sexually explicit images of children to a social media account. 35-year-old Mark Weston McFadden is charged with three counts of possessing matter portraying a child under the age of 12 in a sexual performance and one count of possessing matter portraying a minor over the age of 12 in a sexual performance. Troopers said a search warrant was issued for McFadden’s cell phone in Lily. McFadden was taken to the Whitley County Detention Center.
