The London Police Department’s Special Investigation Unit is seeking the whereabouts of a non-compliant sex offender. Police are asking anyone with any information on 37-year Teddy J. Osborne to contact the London-Laurel County 911 Center at 606-878-7000 or your local law enforcement agency.
