The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing man. Investigators say 40-year-old Phoenix Grubb was last seen off Pine Top Road, four miles west of London, on July 13th. Grubb is described as 6′1″, 300 lbs., a white male, hair above ear, with a beard. He drives a black Chevrolet Colorado with KY tag # 3270FC (Friends of Coal Tag).
