Pulaski County Man Arrested on Drug and False Information Charges

Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says deputies arrested a Somerset man after he gave them a false name and social security number. Police say the information actually belonged to someone from Louisville. Deputies were called out to Breezy Hills where a man was reportedly trying to harm himself. Police found 57-year-old Kyle Wright hiding behind the entry of the open door. Deputies also found multiple plastic bags, a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine, money and marijuana inside the home. Wright was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and giving an officer false identifying information. He was also charged with a failure to appear warrant out of Pulaski County Circuit Court. He was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
