A Clay County man has been indicted after police say he took a picture of a nude child without her knowledge and touched her inappropriately on several occasions. A grand jury indicted James Hayes with one count of promoting a sexual performance by a minor under the age of 18 and first-degree sexual abuse of a minor under the age of 12.
