Laurel County Sheriff John Root says a Pulaski County man is facing charges after he reportedly assaulted a woman. Deputy Justin Lewis was dispatched to South Stewart Road, roughly ten miles away from London due to domestic complaint in a business parking lot. When deputies arrived on scene, they reported that 42-year-old Tony Adams, of Somerset, began cursing at them and was not cooperative with investigators. During an investigation, it was discovered that Adams reportedly hit a woman in the face, arm, and chest. Adams was charged with assault in the fourth degree and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
