London Man Arrested after Creating a Disturbance at a Business

Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Tommy Houston was called out to a business off KY 552 where a man was reportedly screaming at a woman and creating a disturbance. Apparently, the owner told the man, later identified as 34-year-old Joshua Grubb, of London, to leave the store, which he did, but returned and continued to create a disturbance. Police say the woman stayed in the store afraid to leave until they arrived. Police say when they arrived, they found Grubb alternating between yelling, crying, and whispering. During the investigation it was determined that he was under the influence. Grubb was arrested and charged with assault, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and public intoxication – controlled substances. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
