Knox County Sheriff Mike Smith says deputies were called out to KY 1304 where a man was reportedly walking along the road with a gun and shooting. A post on social media says a deputy was in the area and did not hear any gunshots. Police made contact with the man who’s name was not released. Deputies say he did not have a firearm on him at the time. He did have outstanding warrants, so he was arrested and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
