Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Daniel Reed was dispatched to a complaint of a reckless driver in an RV on southbound I – 75. The RV was reportedly all over the road. Deputies found the vehicle stopped along the road with 56-year-old Michael Paul Bell, of Fort Mitchell, KY smelling of alcohol with an open alcoholic beverage. Bell was determined to be under the influence and was arrested. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
