The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called out Friday to investigate a deadly crash on I-75 South. Officials said the crash happened at mile marker 29. Laurel County Coroner Doug Bowling confirmed one man is dead after he was hit and killed by a car while trying to walk across traffic lanes. At the time of this report, the man’s identity had not been released.
