Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says deputies made an arrest stemming from an investigation into a sexual assault last summer on Beasley Lane in Somerset. When deputies were called to the scene last summer, the victim told them that 34-year-old Justin Daniels had intentionally set the home on fire. Following an investigation, deputies took Daniels into custody and charged him with first degree rape and first degree arson. Daniels was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
